One of my travel goals was to see Patagonia and Iguazu Falls in Argentina. I recently was able to fulfill my ambition with a trip to both, stopping in Buenos Aires for work along the way.
Even though I was aware that the country is large, it was only when I flew from Buenos Aires to Patagonia, and then via Buenos Aires to Iguazu falls that the immense size of the country hit me.
I started in Buenos Aires for work. After the work days, I flew to Patagonia. The photo was taken of the avenue of 9 of July. You can see the image I assume of Eva Peron on the building in the distance.
Buenos Aires is a quite dynamic city, I first was in the downtown area which is more establishment, but I later stayed in the Palermo district, which is more funky, with part urban decay, part urban renewal and lots of interesting murals.
